When collection of data outside of consultation sessions is required, clients may be asked to share electronic files. Clients receive a Notice of Privacy Practices and Authorization for Disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI) from DRCB Consulting that outlines consent for electronic data, including videos.

If video files are too large to send via encrypted email or HIPAA compliant apps - no worries. Data can be accessed using encrypted file transfer applications. DRCB Consulting also uses a HIPAA-Compliant video+feedback software system. Clients must approve use of external providers/apps that facilitate secure file transfer.
